In all cases, this service and product is void in any state in the United States including Puerto Rico where prohibited by law statute, regulation and or Attorney Code of Professional conduct. In some states, like Louisiana, Texas or California, an attorney may advance medical costs including the cost of prescription drugs for a client. In most states an attorney may not advance medical costs including prescription costs. Our contracts have been modified to meet each states requirement but we rely upon you verifying that our agreement with you and your client complies with your states Code of Professional Conduct. In all states where an attorney or law firm use this service and this product that that attorney, law firm and/or purchaser of this service and product warrants and guarantees that he, she, it has read the rules and checked with the state bar association in the state where he, she it resides or is domiciled and or plans to use this product and service regarding prescription benefits of injured clients. That after reading the rules and checking with the state bar association and or disciplinary counsel office of that particular state, that it is permissible for the attorney, law firm and/or purchaser of service to contract with Certified Records LLC, use this product and service and not be in violation of the Code of Professional Conduct of that states bar association rules statutes, regulations.

Further, that the attorney, law firm and/or purchaser of this service and product, their heirs, successors, assigns as well as those Clients(s) utilizing or benefiting from the use of the product as well as their heirs, successors, assigns, hold harmless Certified Records, LLC., its successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, contracted companies, attorneys, shareholder or principals from any right of action, cause of action in any way from the use of this service or product.
